Is ordering online safe?
We have taken measures to reduce the typical risks of online ordering. When you use your credit card to order through our online system, your browser will be placed in a secure encryption mode, and your credit card numbers will always be protected while transversing the Internet. In addition, we do not retain your credit card numbers. Each time you place an order you will be requested to enter your payment information.
Because we recognize that standard email communication is not secure, we advise you to never send us credit card information via email - use our secure online ordering system instead. Do not respond to any email requests for personal information or payment verification, regardless of how "official" they may seem. These requests will never be sent by us.
Shipping within the U.S.
We ship orders by UPS and USPS Priority Mail. You can expect orders to arrive within 7 business days, depending where you are located. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is by USPS Priority Airmail, and takes approximately 10 business days.
What are the shipping charges for orders shipped?
You have the option of having your order shipping by U.S. Postal Service Prioity Mail or U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. For international orders we recommend shipping by U.S. Postal Service Express Mail because the U.S. Postal Service provides a tracking number as a means to track packages in case they get lost in transit.
Shipping charges for orders sent outside of the U.S. are calculated by the total weight of the order, and determinted by destination. These fees are calculated by the U.S. Postal Service. We add a $3.50 packaging fee to cover packaging costs.
***Please note that International orders may be charged customs fees in addition to our shipping and handling fees.
Ordering transcripts and practice books that require transmission
In order to purchase certain practice books or teaching transcripts, it is necessary for you to have received the appropriate teaching and transmission. Transmission is the means by which a qualified Bon teacher gives both blessing and permission for the student to engage in specific practices.
If you have received the necessary teaching and transmission, send us an email letting us know when and where you received the transmission and from whom. Our shop manager will contact you with ordering information.
Items may be returned within 10 business days after your order has been delivered to you. We will refund the cost of the item, but will not refund shipping charges, if these conditions are met:
1. Please email or phone to let us know to expect item.
2. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
3. Customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping charges, and to see that the item is returned safely and in the condition in which it was originally shipped. We suggest that the customer
